Noa Kirel performed in RISING STAR a very famous ISRAEL EUROVISION 1983 entry “Chai” that was sang by OFRA HAZA and finished 2nd. We love Noa Kirel and she was our favourite to win Eurovision 2023 with the song Unicorn. We have been following Noa Kirel for a while and were excited to see what she is going to bring to RISING STAR and how she is going to perform CHAI.
We were looking forward to reacting to NOA KIREL CHAI RISING STAR PERFORMANCE.
